the british homes buildquality awards

Premier GuaranteeSponsored by Premier Guarantee, one of the UK’s leading warranty providers for new homes, these Awards recognise and endorse build quality in construction and complement the established categories for design, promoting those schemes that best achieve the creative aspirations of the architect.

Homebuilders and developers have been invited to enter the British Homes BuildQuality Awards for sites with completed homes and ongoing construction in 2010 that have achieved industry award recognition across the six categories listed below. In effect this enhanced recognition will elevate the site to the industry's "Champions League".

Developments recognised previously in the awards will not be eligible. An independent panel of industry experts have judged eligible sites across six categories.
