The British Homes Awards are proud to support Cerebral Palsy Sport England and Wales
A once contaminated site is now home to a series of eight timber clad blocks built using a prefabricated light gauge steel closed panel cladding system and separated by mews spaces and private gardens to provide 78 affordable homes.
The scheme was developed by Octavia Housing and Care and was the subject of an international design competition run by CABE. The winning designers were Cartwright Pickard Architects working with French practice B+C Architects.
