Dramatic Statement
Emporio is the seventh property in Seven Developments’ Superhome portfolio and occupies a prime position adjacent to Poole Harbour. Like all the homes produced by Seven, Emporio makes a dramatic statement with its monochrome design, which is by the company’s managing director Eddie Mitchell. The inspiration for the design comes from the home’s proximity to the harbour and its vista. The curved façade takes in the harbour panorama, and principal rooms have glazed external walls and extensive balconies to make the most of the views. Black and white elevations are designed to give the home kerb appeal, contrasting with the blue skies and water of Sandbanks. The three storey home has a luxurious open plan interior. The ground floor includes the main living areas, as well as a separate media room. The upper floors are accessed by lift or stairway. At first floor level there is a master bedroom, with his-and-hers ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms. There are four further double bedrooms at this level. The top floor contains an entertainment suite with a balcony.
