In the shadow of the economic engine that is Canary Wharf, Ballymore has redeveloped a former fuel depot beside the River Thames into New Providence Wharf, a mixed use development of significance and some style.
The scheme, designed by Skidmore Owings and Merrill which devised the masterplan for Canary Wharf, comprises more than 1000 apartments, a 180-bedroom hotel, a health and leisure complex, 500,000 square feet of office space, plus the essential amenities of cafes, bars and restaurants. |
