The British Homes Awards are proud to support Cerebral Palsy Sport England and Wales
The raw material in this project was a 1930’s semi-detached box of a house. The challenge: to turn it into a luxury family home. Annie Stevens’ solution was firstly to increase the square footage, adding a large extension to the rear of the house to provide space for cooking, dining and living. For the finishes and interior styling, the designer took her cue from her clients’ possessions. Four Andy Warhol posters were not only a feature in their own right, but inspired much of the colour palette for the interior.
