Re- Format Architects and housing provider Guinness Hermitage have worked in partnership with Hampshire County Council, heritage groups and the local community to come up with a way of restoring the grade 2 listed station buildings of the once grand Gosport Railway Station to give them a sustainable future.
With a little help from some contrastingly contemporary new build elements, the existing buildings are to be restored to create 35 flats, houses and maisonettes for sale, rent and shared ownership.
