Octagon worked with architect MLRS to come up with a design that was appropriate to this rather special setting- a grade 2 listed manor house on a 55-acre brownfield site- creating what they have described as a new age hamlet. The mix of homes includes one bedroom cottages, two and three bedroom apartments, and three to six bedroom houses. The grand castellated manor house has been converted into a collection of seven homes, including two wings and five substantial apartments.
