Where there’s a will, there really is a way. That is the message that emerges from Acorn Property Group’s conversion of a Victorian bonded warehouse in Southwark, south London, into Weller Street Lofts. Southwark Council saw the building as sound and still usable and its faith has been rewarded by this conversion designed by architect Hampson Williams. The existing building has been upgraded while retaining its honest, workmanlike integrity to provide 13 apartments and three shell workspaces.
